Is TotalApp free to use?

TotalApp offers a free experience with generous limits so you can organize your life and small projects. Optional upgrades may be available in the app for power users and businesses.

What can I track with TotalApp?

You can track shared expenses, personal spending, simple lists, and detailed project estimates. Many users have separate projects for trips, monthly bills, client work, events, and daily to-dos.

How do I share a project with someone?

From inside a project, use the share option to generate an invite link. Send it via your favorite messaging app. When the other person opens the link, they’ll be guided to install TotalApp or open the project directly if they already have it.

Can people collaborate in different languages?

Yes. TotalApp supports multiple interface languages and is designed for cross-language sharing, so collaborators can use the app in whichever language feels most natural.

What platforms does TotalApp support?

TotalApp is available for Android and iOS. You can download it from Google Play and the Apple App Store using the links on the Download page.

How is my data stored?

Your projects and lists are stored securely in the cloud so they stay in sync across your devices. We never sell your data, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to your profile, and choose the option to delete your account. This will remove your profile and associated data from TotalApp’s systems as described in our privacy policy.
